Our complex services explained simply
Hero offers two types of services ...
MSP Services
Gaining control over external hiring
Large organisations that work with many people – such as hospitals or energy companies – often have professionals spread across different departments and locations. This makes it difficult to keep a clear overview. Hero steps in as your MSP partner to make sure everything runs smoothly: who works where, what they do and how they perform.
We ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, monitor rates (not too high, not too low), and streamline the entire hiring process. Hiring managers stay in control, but we take care of all administration behind the scenes. That saves time, reduces risks and keeps your organisation moving forward. With Hero, Personnel and Procurement always know what’s happening, when it’s happening and why. That’s why we say: Hero works for you, and with you.
Interim professionals
Temporary hiring of people
When organisations start major projects, they often need extra people temporarily – people who can do things their permanent staff cannot.
Imagine Heineken wants to replace their entire software package. They need someone to manage this project (project leaders) and IT specialists who understand both the old and the new systems. These additional experts can do something special – exactly what is needed.
Hero searches for and finds these people. They are not employed by Hero directly. They work independently as freelancers or through a specialised agency. At Hero, we search daily for people who love temporary project work. That’s how we help companies like Heineken, several hospitals and many others.

Interim professionals
The client
Large organisations that hire a lot of people - think hospitals or energy companies, for example - naturally have all these people working in different places in the organisation. Then it is difficult to keep a good overview. They would like to be relieved of that.
The client
Many organisations need freelancers for projects and temporary work. Freelancers work on a project basis (i.e. they are not employed). The client is looking for people who have special knowledge, which they need within their organisation at that moment. And they would like the freelancer to fit into their organisation as a person.
Hero, as pivot
We help get an overview with specially created software programmes and apps. And we do all the administration, making sure everyone gets paid and that everything is done according to the legal rules.
Hero, as pivot
Hero looks for those people who can do exactly what the client needs and suits them. So we look for real specialists. And we find them super fast! Because this is what we do every day. We already know a lot of specialists and know exactly where to look. We then help the organisation find the right specialists and the specialists find a great temporary job.
The interim professional
The freelancer who starts work can easily keep track of how many hours he has worked in our app, can contact us about his contract and all kinds of administration questions. We take care of everything for him or her. We make sure he/she gets paid and can also be insured through us. Very convenient!
The interim professional
We call such a freelancer, or specialist, an interim professional, because he or she will work temporarily for the client. When the job is finished again, he or she looks for another assignment. Hero helps with this. We look for assignments that match his or her skills and likes.
